Gracefully Awakening Wholeness
in Everyday Living.
Did you know that houses have cellular memory much like your body does? Did you know that places have auras much like you do too? If you think about it, you’ve probably noticed it, but not “noted it” so to speak.
There are places that make you feel good, feel bad, overwhelmed, calmed, energized, tired. Can you think of a few? A church, a Zen Garden, a busy store, an abandoned property, your favorite place in nature, your home, your “family home,” each has a different effect on you. Partly this is because of your relationship with it, but there’s more.
Buildings collect the energy of what goes on inside them and around them. That’s why old churches can feel so wonderful over time. The very walls, floors, foundations, and roofs become infused with the energy. How might this process affect you on a personal level?
What about your home or office? Perhaps you moved into a new house and suddenly everyone’s cranky with each other. Well, you got a good deal because the people who used to live there got divorced. Or perhaps they died from illness or violence. What went on in that house before it was sold to you? Then there’s the house that was repossessed. Perhaps their problems are infused there now. Do you want to live in the energy of that history?
Or, I’m sure you’ve seen that business location that always fails no matter who moves there? Maybe it’s hard to get to because of traffic flow, but many places flourish even with that small hindrance. Why would a succession people that can create a business fail there over years and years? Positive attracts positive. Negative attracts negative.
There are techniques of House Healing that can go beyond clearing and actually “re-program” and even Bless the energy to be of service to you and your family or your business. Clear out your past history there or someone else’s. Have the energy set to the purpose of your life and intention.
What do you do in a House Healing? Several things. First I interview about the site and the occupants and your intentions. The next step is to clear the entire site, all buildings, all land, from all past negative energies. Then, the site is infused for its purpose. For example, a bedroom would be infused as a sanctuary for good, nurturing, recuperative sleep, and perhaps healing dreams. A living room would be infused for harmonious social interaction and company. A kitchen set for nourishing food and the joy of preparing it. The whole property could be set for vibrant abundance, affluence, and prosperity.
Other ways to use House Healings: To clear and set the space for a special event like a wedding or fundraising dinner. To clear a property and set it for a particular type of retreat or activity. Set a business to attract the type of customers that are your best customers. Gather the positive energies from a well loved home and transport them to the new one to be infused after the clearing of the previous usage. The same for a business, bring all of that good customer energy and satisfaction to the new store – after it has been cleared. Then set the energy for the new intention. House Healing can assist the sale of a property by clearing, infusing, and inviting the best buyer.
Both homes and businesses benefit from having the communication space between people who live or work there cleared and an intention set for clarity, respect, etc. Clearing can be done between “neighbors” and the greater community. There are many, many more reasons and benefits. Can you think of several?
