“Discovering and doing what works for each client” is the cornerstone of my healing practice.  As a pragmatic optimist I have explored and been trained in healing modalities from around the world.  Gracefully empowering and awakening wholeness is the intent.

Modalities I share with my clients include Stress Relief Intervention, Spiritual Counseling, Anger Healing, Clinical Hypnosis, Trager Psychophysical Integration, Usui Reiki, Energy Healing and Balancing, Past Life Regression, Oneness Blessing.  I teach Reiki for adults and kids, Energy Tools for Self Healing, Women’s Healing, Stress Relief Techniques, Smoking Cessation, Mindfulness Meditation, Anger Management and Kundalini Healing,Advanced  Psych-K, 7 Rays Master, Se Re Ma, Release Technique and Oneness Blessing (Deeksha).

Educated as a Cultural Anthropologist and trained as both a minister and a multi-modality healer and with my background in the corporate world I have much to offer my clients.  I work with individuals, couples, families, groups, and corporations.  I do work in Sandy/Springs / Atlanta, GA and by telephone worldwide, onsite with local clients, and I travel to teach and meet clients elsewhere when requested. 

As both an Air Force veteran and the daughter of a combat marine from two wars, I am aware of the generational nature of PTSD. My life's work includes developing healing modalities for body/mind/emotional/spiritual post trauma recovery. I have worked with military veterans and other survivors of trauma and sexual trauma in private practice in Palo Alto, CA since the early 80’s.

Born with a natural gift of healing, I have been fortunate to deepen my gifts, knowledge and experience by working with amazing teachers over the decades of my practice:  Among them, I was personally trained by Milton Trager, MD in the Trager Approach to Psychophysical Integration Bodywork and Mentastics. 

I was mentored by Dr. Lewis Bostwick, founder of the Berkeley Psychic Institute and taught on staff for several years.  I co-facilitated the Women’s Transmedium Healing Clinic with the guidance of Dr. John Fulton, founder of  the Church of Aesclepion Healing.  I am a Reiki Master Teacher, attuned through several lineages.  I taught PMS and Menopause Self Healing at Community Colleges with Dr. Susan Lark, MD. 

I have completed the Graduate Level training, Love Sex, and Intimacy series, with the Human Awareness Institute.  Studied Tibetan Shamanism with Dr. Larry Peters.  Maori healing and bodywork with Pappa Joe, tribal healer from New Zealand.   Attended workshops with Lansing Gresham, founder of Integrated Awareness.  I have taken Psych-K advanced training. 

Most recently I went to India four times to the Oneness University and was given the gift to transmit the Oneness Blessing (Oneness Deeksha).  In California, I attended the Se Re Ma Release trainings with the founder, Damen Easton.  I have taken Release Technique Retreats to deepen my skills.

I have been trained as a facilitator of Creating a Culture of Peace workshops by founder Janet Chisholm from and I look forward to co-facilitating these workshops around the country for Veterans and other communities.
